Johnston's Greenhouses were built & founded by Joseph M. Johnston, Sr. in 1901. Today there are 6 acres of greenhouses and Stevenson Johnston Guffey, a great grandson, is the grower.

Currently, many varieties of annuals, perennials, herbs and hanging baskets are grown for our seasonal Garden Centers, which are open April thru October each year. Many foliage plants are grown to create fabulous dish gardens, as well. Our seasonal blooming plants are Pointsettias, Mums, Azaleas, Cyclamen, Rose Bushes, Lilies, Hydrangeas, Tulips, Hycainths, Daffodils, Begonias, Gerber Daisies, Dahlia, and many other flowering plants. Additionally, in the late spring and early summer months you can expect a wide variety of vegetable, fruit, and herb plants!

We supply all of our stores with these plants year round. Call us or contact us to see if we could grow something special for you.
